About Mercy’s Cakes
Mercy's Cakes started a few years ago with a love of baking for family and close friends. What began as a hobby soon grew through word of mouth into a business creating handcrafted cakes for the people of Cork.
Today, we create elegant cakes, cupcakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and other special occasions, with every order made using premium ingredients and careful attention to detail.

Delivery & Collection
Choose your cake, personalise it with your preferred options and select your collection or delivery date. Please note that all orders require a minimum of 7 days' notice.

Can I choose my collection date?
Yes. You can select your preferred collection date when placing your order, subject to availability.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available within Cork City for €20 and County Cork for €30. We do not deliver outside Cork, with the exception of wedding cakes.
What are your collection and delivery times?
Collection is available Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 12pm to 2pm. Delivery is available from 2pm to 4pm.
Can I add a message to my cake?
Yes. Please note that cake messages are limited to a maximum of 20 characters.
