From choosing your cake to collection or delivery, here is everything you need to know about ordering from Mercy’s Cakes.
Everything You Need to Know Before Placing Your Order
01. Choose Your Cake
Browse our collection and choose from our range of:
- Celebration Cakes
- Vintage Cakes
- Cupcakes
- Mini Cakes
- Cake Cups
- Cake Pops
Select your preferred size, flavour, filling and available customisation options.
02. Choose Your Date
Please note that all orders require a minimum of 7 days' notice.
When placing your order, simply select your preferred collection or delivery date from the available calendar.
Unavailable dates and dates that do not meet the minimum notice period cannot be selected.
03. Personalise Your Cake
Depending on your chosen cake, you may be able to select additional customisation options.
You can also add a personalised message to your cake.
Please note: Cake messages are limited to a maximum of 20 characters.
04. Complete Your Order
Once you have selected your cake and customisation options, add your order to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Collection Information
Orders can be collected from our home cake studio in Ballincollig, Cork.
The collection address will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Monday – Friday
3pm to 6pm
Saturday – Sunday
12pm to 2pm
Delivery Information
Delivery must be arranged when placing your order and is subject to availability.

We do not deliver anywhere outside of Cork, with the exception of wedding cakes.
Before You Order
Please ensure that you have reviewed your selected cake, preferred date, customisation options and collection or delivery details before completing your purchase.
All orders are subject to availability. Every cake is handcrafted and unique, so minor variations in colour, decoration and finish may occur.
Inspiration images are welcomed; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
